Our fixed return option is an easy to understand option and you will typically receive and annual interest rate of between 8% - 10%

London Road Group has unique joint venture opportunities to appeal to all (subject to PS13/3 regulations) and are a practical solution for investors who perhaps lack knowledge, time or experience but still want the financial rewards property can provide. We have a committed power team in place which allows us to offer our partners a model that is bespoke, in that we manage the full process and lifecycle of the property investment. We source the property typically at a discount, manage the build stages from inception to completion, including interior design and finally furnishing to suit the local identified customer segment. We then manage the full conveyancing process with our speedy conveyancing team who we have forged strong relationships with and finally sell the project which creates a profit for both parties.
